Alberta Sailing Assn. Annual General MeetingThe Alberta Sailing Association will be holding its Annual General Meeting at the Red Deer College starting at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 18, 2006. The meeting will run from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm with a half hour break for lunch, resuming at 1:30 pm. Election of Officers for 2007 will take place after lunch. We will not be doing the Friday evening discussion this year. Instead, the Board of Directors will be in attendance at the AGM meeting room at 10:00 am on Saturday, November 18 (one hour before calling the AGM to order) for an open discussion with the Commodores or other club representatives. |

Hello Sylvan Lake...
I am trying to get rough numbers of people planning to attend the ASA annual
general meeting in Red Deer on the 18th. For people attending and
representing clubs we need to know club membership numbers as of September
2006 as this number is used for voter registration at the meeting and ASA /
CYA membership billing for the 2007 sailing year.
If you have questions or issues you would like brought up at the meeting,
please let me know.
