Fill out and submit this form before June 15.  Final Registration is June 20, 6:00 - 9:00 PM.  All boats registered by June 12, will be eligible for a prize drawYou will also need to:
1.    Print out and bring with you the Registration Form with appropriate signatures
2.    A copy of your boat insurance, if you are not a member of SLSC
3.    A cheque for your regatta fees  ($60.00)
